Our Founder has many years commercial experience as a director on numerous boards including a regulated property fund management business. Prior to that she was an M&A director advising both entrepreneurial and public companies on their M&A activity. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Through these roles she has many years of experience in problem-solving, resolving shareholder issues, deal negotiation, asset and company valuations, complex deal structuring and legal agreements, tax compliance and due diligence as well as property investment and development.
She has been involved as a client in complex commercial litigation and has prepared detailed and high quality evidence and papers to be used in court. She is also a qualified mediator.
She is trusted and always discrete. Her experience has taught her that asking questions, listening and good old fashioned hard work always achieves results.
